Editor qualifications to IJNST:
With Ph.D. degree(s) or with an academic Professor Position, publish at least 10 papers (collected in SCI, SCIE, SSCI journals, or in IJNST) within 5 years.

Duties of editor to IJNST:
Evaluate the submitted papers according to your research interests.
Submit at least one paper to IJNST in a year.
Cite IJNST's papers in your papers in the future.
Promote IJNST to your colleagues and your area of influence.
Gather or Recommend high quality papers.
